Slow, Clumsy, poor positional sense, late in the tackle..... Watched vitesse when I could last year to try and watch the Chelsea players. He looked like he had potential at PSV 3/4 years back, but he hasn't developed, infact, he has went backwards. He takes up an over 21 non HG place in the squad which is so valuable at the moment.
