What folks thoughts on this article. Its like a moment in many ways for me as in just when it seems we are seeing light at the end of the tunnel and are actually producing a decent number of exciting young players we are gonna feck with the setup
Cant see how it wont influence the clubs who are really embracing the developing your own policy.

To make it an offence for any club to prevent or prohibit any young player from participating in schools football

I was never allowed to pay for my School and thank flook i didn't because it was flucking chronic.
School football was played on ash etc and even now i'd say there are far too many astro pitches that schools use.
We need our kids playing on grass ffs not a bit of plastic
If they spent enough money focusing on good pitches and surroundings then it would help, not trying to probe contracts that aren't exactly the worst
