That thought hasn't gone un-thought up in these parts, Tooting... I just hope they're sufficiently out of practice at it to worry us too much, but if we can get through the first 15/20 minutes unscathed then I think we'll see ourselves home from there.

If we start like the frightened rabbits we were for the opening stages away at Brighton in the semi ("semi"!!) then we could struggle if you get as us from the off. I hope 'Arry's cautious for the opening exchanges, then it's ours

I think 'Arry will want to play it cautious - but I've been unable to discern any plans of note from 'Arry all season, so expect us to start clueless and finish like world beaters (or vice versa)

Tooting, I knew it didn't close completely but mistakenly thought the roof covered a good chunk of the pitch too....

I actually hope it rains and Steve gets his brolly out, it'll be one of the biggest cheers of the day for sure (not the biggest I hope, at least from the Derby fans)

Tactics will be interesting, initially I thought he'd go three at the back but am questioning that now, conundrum for him is going 3 at the back that isolated Austin and forced Krankyjar out of position with our 4-3-3 we could stretch their defence, they would have an advantage on the flanks but with their box to box midfielders getting on a bit they wouldn't be able to keep that up all day. Wondering if we'll see 4-4-2 for the first 20 with a high line, physical game and high energy and then dropping back to a 4-5-1. Hoping that they can score in the first 20 mins. We seem to play better when we're a goal down though. I do think the occassion will affect us a bit especially early on, misplaced passes and possibly a bit nervous going forward, once we get a taste for it though, it'll be a great game. Green v Grant will be an interesting battle too.

Can't see us being THAT attacking. I suspect that at least at the start they will be at opposite ends of the pitch.
