He's been released and now heading to Cardiff. He did well last season in the Championship scoring 10 in 18 matches.

Good luck to the guy.
There has been a bit of anymosity towards the guy, for some reason.
He will be remembered warmly for that massive goal that helped pip us to the title over Liverpool

Macheda's career in first class football looks like it peaked 10 minutes in.
Forgot about him actually. Never ever good enough for United, not quite sure why he was still on United's books for so long.
