Most people aren't. That's why I posted the wiki link earlier.

This tragedy was what made it easier for the Hillsborough cover up to happen.

Because the Liverpool supporters were the ones to charge, rather than the Juventus supporters (both sets of fans had been throwing anything they could at each other), it was their wall that collapsed causing the horrible death of so many people. It could very easily have been the other way around. The fighting had been going on all day between both sets of supporters. It was not just in the stadium, yet the police did not take action.

UEFA were warned by the clubs prior to the game that the ground was unsafe, but they knew best apparently.
