Like everyone else on here, I am glad to see the site up and running again.
However, if it's going to be the success that I'm sure we all hope it will, something needs to be done about addressing the level of censorship.
Don't get me wrong, I don't want to swear; I don't want to read or write anything that would make my old Mum blush. But I do want to be able to use words that are frequently heard on the early evening news, or read in family newspapers. I do want to be able to refer to Marlon King as a *** offender without having the article pulled. I want to be able to call a 'spade' a 'spade' - or is that banned as a racist term? Come on people, this is a good site - lighten up a bit and make it a great one.

The bad word list is massive and will get cut down to size. We didn't have the time to take out the many patently stupid entries. Like many things that is on the list.
Re. The content with double implications with regards to racist terms, we have seen used particularly effectively in the wrong way in the small hours of the morning. We, as I am sure you understand cannot tolerate that. It was a judgment call adding those words, and a hope that if people found these words flagged, would look for an alternative choice of word before making a post.

Excellent. That's the kind of mature response that I was hoping for.
The very best of luck with site.
