Even if Hockaday has some credentials (not many) he is sufficiently unheard of to be nothing more than a yes man to Cellino who would nonetheless jump at the opportunity to coach Leeds.
An underwhelming appointment if it happens.

Dave Hocka huckin who??? WTF is going on? If this goes through, I fear the worst. Surely, the criteria would be to apponit someone that A, the players we want to keep would respect and B, have an influence on attracting players of the correct pedigree. How much more $hit do the Leeds fans have to put up with?

lufc4eva, he's renowned for making up stories to try to put himself in a good light. Ask the Cagliari fans about how many buyers he has fictitiously created for their club and then said that they wouldn't be any good for them so he wouldn't sell to them.

The thing is, only he can know if they were ever fiction so it's impossible to claim that he does this purposely all the time. I cannot see it. If you want to make it up then you don't INSTANTLY state that you've got another buyer lined up.
