What a start to the transfer window for us!
Already got Lambert & Can, with deals for Lallana & Moreno out there already. People have always been saying that FSG are too stingey & will not give the necessary financial backing, and I am glad to see those people proved wrong.
We are strengthening without selling for the first time in a long time, and it is obvious that FSG want CL football for the forseeable future. Whilst the players aren't household names that every team craves, they are good players coming in to play their part.
We needed quality backup up front - we have that.
We needed a new CM to rotate with Gerrard & Henderson - we have that
We need to strengthen at full back - we are looking to sort that
We need to strengthen our attacking midfield options - we are looking to do that.
I still don't think thats the end of it. With all the money available from corporate sponsorship deals, tv & CL revenue, we have more cash to splurge & I can see another CB coming in and maybe a winger as well.
The future looks bright for LFC!!

I make no apologies for being excited by these signings. Can and Moreno I know virtually nothing about… But with a tiny squad including some until recently relative unknowns we’ve just finished two points behind the most expensive football Team ever assembled.
For this alone I feel confident most of these players will take us to the next level as Rodgers has proved his worth and he will continue to improve as a manager.
We don’t need Fabregas of Costa. Whoever comes in will flourish under BR.

You have to remember we are bringing back in a few very decent players in Suso, Wisdom, Borini. Will hopefully have Enrique available add to this the recent signings and the possible left back and we have a much better squad.
We may lose Aspas, maybe even Lucas if you belive reports, I hope not Agger. But so far so good, I would prefer us to spend £30m elsewhere than Lallana, £20m fine but not £30m, nowhere near.

Mourinho will have taken his spending to £175m or thereabouts since his return to stamford bridge last season if costa and fabregas come in,and he probably is'nt finished splurging cash,£109m got him nothing last year,except criticism for playing dull,kick lumps out of the oppo hoofball.
I've come around to the way brendan can make players believe that extra in themselves,so i'll trust his judgement,he knows what parts we need to tune fine our engine

Yup, he is such a good player, he commands a transfer fee of 4 million pounds. Pretty impressive fee for him at 'his peak'.
