Wilshere controls the ball like a headless chicken with no feet.

From what I've seen, I'd go with Wilshere. Henderson is better in a 433. In a two man midfield against a pressing team in Brazil climate is suicidal. Rodgers never plays Gerrard and Henderson in a two man midfield.
