Ken Bates saved your club and he has every right to claim the sobriquet "The saviour of Leeds United". There simply wouldn't be a Leeds United in its current form if it wasn't for Ken Bates. Well done Ken and keep up the excellent work in terms of your careful financial stewardship of the once-great club.
However, you really do need to look again at who's managing your club. Yes, he had a good win the other night but I bet he messes about with the team again for the West Ham clash. If he loses that one (highly probable), get rid of him and get your protégé Gus Poyet in. He'll display the intelligence, flair and intensive knowledge of football tactics that you and the team deserve - qualities which are so lacking in the current incumbent.
Good on yer Ken - there should be more Chairmen like you!

Poyet would be a really good replacement for Grayson-
But he lives in Surrey and would not move back up IMO.
Lets Hope Grayson selects the team with his head tomorrow- would start the same 11 with Howson and Gradel on bench and make them reflect on their actions in the boro game. Paddy should be team captain its so obvious.
