Not all doom and gloom

Just watched football gold and my goodness we were terrible horrendous. Our defensive line up Squilacci Silvestre and Djourou and Fabregas played in that team. I was hoping he would come back and he scores and we sing our cesc is on fire but hey ho.

We had games we hoped to forget last season but there are a lot of games where we were really organised and Wilshere and Rosicky goals showed we are capable of that flair that got us criticised. I remember leading Spurs 4-2 in 2008/9. We kept bombing forward but now we are capable of seeing off games. My favourite game for some reason was at Newcastle away. Wenger out thought we were solid. At Dortmund we did the same its a shame we got dismantled by the so cold big teams.

We bought Ozil, whom I think is a very good buy, numbers dont lie, he had a fairly decent season and he has got a burst of pace which can be taken advantage of. Whichever way people look at it. It will always be, we bought Ozil and we won our first trophy.

I just think that if we dont pay any attention to who buys who and we take care of our defensive needs, striker needs, we can have a good season. We were never in for Cesc it was our loss 3 years ago not 3 hours ago. we will play better next season watch and learn

We also got beat 5-1, 6-3, 3-0 and 6-0 (that's SIX) last season.

The problem was never Cesc, the problem always was, always has and always will be the man in charge and his complete lack of tactical and or defensive acumen and his complete inability to make in-game changes if and when the tide goes against the team when playing a side of genuine quality.

I'm not disputing that at all but there are some positives which came from slight changes in our style of play and if we replace the likes of Giroud we might win games we drew and now we strengthen where we fell short, unfortunately my BP and heart problems are in the hands of Wenger this summer
