J-Lo/Pitbull

It was strange, Why didn't they set it up so you could hear it on tv? Also I though JLo dropped out the other day, it said so on the BBC website. Finally why doesn't ITV HD do Dolby Digital sound, they do it with Sky Sports HD and Eurosport.

Was anyone else disappointed with the lack of Samba drumming? That's what you want to hear from an opening ceremony in Brazil. That effort from ITV in slow motion with the paint flying was just annoying more than anything. Where's the Samba drumming?

Apart from 'Pitbull' there was a serious lack of tîts on show.

The question should surely be, what were Pitbull and Jennifer Lopez doing performing at the BRAZILIAN opening ceremony? Maybe I'm judging it more on our all-British Olympic opening ceremony, but should the performers have been Brazilian?

(I imagine J-Lo may well be Brazilian in one respect)

I think the title of this article is misleading, and causes disappointment.

Just think - it could have been worse.
