What happened to the so called England that was ready to dominate the world? I turn the tv on today and I here Strauss commentating I thought he was going to be the main man of all this. Then I can't see KP... Then I see Plunkett who I thought retired...
So yh what happened to this team?
Strauss (c)
Cook
Trott
KP
Bell
Collingwood/Morgan/Bopara/Taylor/Bairstow/Root
Prior (WK)
Broad
Swann
Tremlett
Anderson
I was told after the Pak series in 2010 that this was the team that was ready to dominate, the best fielding team (yet I saw a catch go through the middle of two fielders today). As far as I remember you had a very settled team, everybody averging near 50 with WC bowlers...
Times change very quickly eh.

2016 I think ,in England.. have Pakistan suddenly got some batsmen that will score runs then? England will have more experienced players in 2 summers time. Bllance and Root will have more tests under their belts and so will Jordan.

well we've had a settled middle order after thrashing England 3-0. I expect the bowling attack to consist of Junaid and Ajmal and possible even Mo Amir. we've always had opening and wk problems....
mind you misbah will be 43 then so think he would have retired but I wouldn't be surprised one bit it he was still playing.
talk is of azhar opening in tests now and possibly fawad/akmal coming into the middle order.

England became obsessed with picking useless Yorkshire players on the back of a Yorkshire media infiltration.

robin. Pakistan will get blown away in England.. they will struggle to get 200.. Sri-lanka only have Sangakkara .. and a Mathews.. Pakistan don't have anyone of quality. England will easily beat your team.

we have younis khan who has a double century in England I think, and also misbah and azhar is a wall.

last time we came to England it was you guys that couldn't deal with our bowling attack. We would have drawn that series if it wasn't for our sheit batting. now we have ajmal also and the pitches in England have evened out since a couple of years ago.

You don't need a spinner in England in most conditions.
