The Mirror says that Burnley are planning a double bid to land Richard Keogh and Craig Bryson for a joint fee of £2.5M.
Someone must be having a laugh.
Bryson is worth that alone even at 28 and untried in the Premier League.
I would say don't sell Bryson almost at any price as there is not another player in the Championship or Premier League that contributes to both ends of the pitch, especially turning defence into attacks. A fit Bryson is my first name on the team sheet.
Keogh had a good season ending in one mistake. If we paid a million for him, we should only sell at a good profit, but only if we have a better replacement lined up.

I might just swap Keogh for Shackell. But I mean no disrespect for Keogh. He did well for us all season. I's just that we should never have let Shackell leave.
If we have ambitions for auto promotion, we need to keep Bryson.

Or how about we look at Leicester's model, sell no-one from the first team, the experience from this season will be valuable, add players for our weak areas (right and left back, right attack) and make a charge for the autos.

Reading reports on the net that Burnley have allegedly offered a total of £2.3 million for Keough AND Bryson.
What a joke. Bryson is worth at least 4 million on his own.
