I have just trawled the internet & cannot find any link for this player to Spurs.

This is off skysports: Kouyate has never hidden his desire to play in England and he is not short of suitors as Manchester City, Arsenal, Everton, Newcastle, West Ham, Norwich and Southampton are just some of the clubs to have watched him over the past 18 months.

NO mention of Spurs there is there??????

Secondly they have rated him worth around £4m, so at £7m you are again over paying!

There questions raised about his temperament, sent off twice last season and quick to rise to being baited!
