I know most of you are WOBs but I'm sure that a number of us can't help thinking of that day when Wenger leaves. Whichever way you look at it, this is going to be very different to Rioch and Graham. M in 32 this year and have always followed Arsenal from Zimbabwe where I can safely say Liverpool has got a large following because of Bruce Grobbelar. So you can imagine the mood in 89. You ask them about Arsenal first name that comes up is Arsene Wenger.
He has got a huge legacy at the club and been very successful. Is success the number of trophies won? Is success being invincible? Is it having a tight budget and finishing in top 4? Is success winning a game with Denilson, squilacci, Silvestre all playing at the same time or we can add Santos.
Anyway what steps are we taking to find his heir to the throne. We know that great players dont always make good managers but I dont know if I'm the only one who loves listening to Henry on MOTD. I could be biased but his Charisma skill, confindence and experience might be worth maybe putting him in coaching staff.
I am just wondering where our former players are. They cannot always be good managers (Tony Adams) but we need some of them behind the scenes to smoothen the transition. But there are some positives from Bouldy and he might be too good to be an assistant. Time will tell. We cant scout for the one we want but there is one we can mould into the Arsenal way and would love a tactically astute manager. Whats your take

Imo we need an influential ex gooner to go under Wengers wing now. Not sure if Bould is the man, but hopefully he is learning as much as he can. I don't want to lose our approach to football. Also with our board, it will have to be someone who spends wisely and some with strong backbone who doesn't bend to will of moron Gooners like 'bats' and piers Morgan who would have had Ramsey out and players like fellani and diame in his place

Dennis Bergkamp and De Boer as our next manager......Just having Bergkamp back will please the WOB's and will lighten the mood for WKB....
