Just something I've read from a few sources.
I've no idea of how legitimate this notion is, but it's maybe laced with a bit of common-sense.
Puma officially 'go live' with Arsenal on July 10th (put me right if that's incorrect) and to celebrate the nuptials, Arsenal will announce a couple of (hopefully) exciting signings.
The obvious all singing, all dancin' rumour of du jour is the prospect of a deal for everyone's favourite renegade striker Mario Balotelli. Ballo is one of a handful of Puma's poster boys and inevitably the speculation linking their client with their new 'flagship' team (Arsenal) has gathered momentum.
Balotelli aside, it's obvious that Arsenal need to get cracking in the transfer market and it'll be interesting to see if there are one or two tasty numbers on show when the Arsenal/Puma matrimony is consummated.

is this like that "huge announcement" of last summer, only for it to be the brits faces plastered on the emirates

Makes sense that Puma wouldn't want new signings holding up Nike jerseys (understandable give the amount of cash they're giving us). Could definitely see them pushing the boat to get one of their main players to join us. Signing Balo makes sense for all parties but a Reus transfer seems unlikely (this season anyway).

If we're the flagship team, we probably shouldn't do too much damage to Hull next season

Puma have said it's a big reveal which reeks that Audacious Stunt. Don't hold your breath guys. It'll be a big poster of Wenger in the tight puma shirts showing his minted abs.

Big Reveal = New shirts officially launched. Nothing more i'd imagine.

me might be holding off so we can do the obligatory holding the shirt up with the right shirt but if any deal was done yet they player or the selling club would be free to announce it
Also i dont think Puma would want their big reveal overshadowed by the signing of some foreign starlet
