With Costa Rica banging in the final
nail in England's coffin, who are you now rooting for?

Teams I'd like to win:

Iran: due to my heritage although I know it's never gonna happen.

Brazil: lived there for 2 years

Netherlands: our new coach, our best player and they've never won the World Cup.

Kind of hoping Colombia go quite far.

Always had a soft spot for Columbia (Valderama's hair, Asprilla's murders) and Holland (amazing team when I was growing up and the Ajax 94 side are probably my favourite foreign club side).

I have always liked Argentina as well. Always loved watching Batistuta, Maradonna, Zanetti, Riquleme and Redondo. Seria a was big when I was a kid cos sky came along but also watched the Premiera and was a kind of fan of River Plate. There was even an Italian champ manager for the amiga back then. Now they have players like Masch, Messi, Di Maria and Aguero. I like them.
