Just getting a bit bored with the World Cup now England are out ,and thought id look at what we have so far, player wise for next season . Unless i have missed anyone this is how it is looking

The two players left who havent re-signed but have been offered contracts
are both defenders Holness and McCrory.
We are very short defensively should they both decide their futures are elsewhere ,so Gary needs to look at altenatives and possibly bring in three defenders ,certainly one , and also have a keeper as cover, or as first choice . The midfield looks ok ,but a striker and winger need to come in i would have thought . So still lots of movement, between now and the start of the season lets hope ,but i am happy with the additions so far . Cant wait for pre-season

Don't get downhearted by the World Cup Stuart. It has been absolutely fantastic - one of the best I have ever witnessed. Excellent attacking football, quite sensible refereeing and decent crowds.
Besides, the tournament got even better when England went out. The other 31 teams are good at the game.
Whilst watching the England demise I was quite pleased that I follow the Brewers and don't support the Premier League product.
England could quite easily have one of our players in the team if it were managed differently. England pick the best 11 players and throw them on the pitch. We need to pick the best team - not the best players. If Lee Bell would make up that best team then so be it.
Look at Algeria, USA, Iran, Costa Rica and countries like that. Players from all over the place. Some scarcely play, some are in the reserves or they are second tier players wherever they ply their trade. But they make up a team - a unit that works.
You can add George Taft to your squad.
What we really, really, really need above all is a striker.

No i was only joking ,i am enjoying the World Cup ,but would have loved a few more England games , i think the last four will probably be Brazil , Argentina , Holland ,and West Germany but maybe they will have to meet before then . My outsiders would be France ,Belgium , Chile , or Mexico . Yes George Taft i forgot him ,but with Marcus going to Tranmere we still are painfully short on defenders , a target man upfront and a keeper . Three weeks till our first friendly match it doesnt seem five mins since i was walking down Wembley way .
