Its my first post in the Rugby Union section, and I have a one or two things to say...
Wales are looking shaky at the moment, Im not looking forward to the Rugby World Cup after today's game against Argentina, too many mistakes, turnovers and poor decisions.
I say this as a Rugby player myself, who has the same opinion as me or different? will be good to hear other views!
World Cup?

Greg Mate count urself lucky u could be irish.... if the WC games were only 20 mins long we would have a chance... 21mins howeve were f_c_D
I think ur a little harsh on wales. they played what was in front of them and they won well.
i don't really know what else you were expecting? considering Argentina are not regarded as minnows. You played a good english side last week and won so what exactly are you expecting? you play to win and u win... 3 build up games with a positive first game against England, and 2 wins leading in to the world cup, i have to say ur opinion is a little off the mark.

I think your wrong Greg, im not saying the World Cup will be easy for Wales but im not sure what else you expect from them?
As they say 2 out of 3 ain't bad!
My friend an England fan who doesn't like Wales even says that Wales are showing good form with extreme dog and will to win, which i personally think is what we have lacked for a while,
then take into account how different each team looked for each of the three tests with quite a lot of last minute injuries before each match i think Wales did very well and scored seven tries against two very traditionally tough teams who can spoil and disrupt any attacking play in the ruck situation.
So if for once the Welsh public took out of each game the positives and accepted we ain't the AllBlacks so we won't be putting 80mins of clinical cutting rugby they would be pretty happy that the chances of getting out of our group look a lot better than they did this time last year.

I've played Rugby since I was 11 up to regional standard over the last few years, I just think Wales' discipline and their decision making has been off.
Dont get me wrong I think the wins have been deserved for the work input, but I'm just not happy with the chances the opposition get to come back into the game. Argentina are definately not a small or easy team, and neither are England obviously.
But Wales' problem seems to be the game they play sometimes, choices they make in the situations they are in. Lineouts havent been good for a while I dont think, we tend to lose a lot more than we win at the moment.
I was a bit harsh yesterday in a bit of drunk retaliation to what I saw in parts of yesterdays game. Shouldn't have been really but I still think there's a bit fair bit to improve on before we get through to the knockout stages.

You're probably not far off. We're showing alot of weaknesses: lineout, scrum strength is dependant on our tighthead, and our attack looks very disruptable under pressure.
I thought even though we scored a handful of tries in the first game against England, and against Argentina, our attacking game looked very very rusty. Passes along the backline for the first game were looping and sloppy. This improved for the second game but the handling against Argentina and some of the clueless offloads were embarrassing!
Again, not meaning to be a buzzkill, but these things will need urgent work if we are to be able to make a reasonable showing in the world cup.
I am more confident now that AWJ has shown he's not always a limp fish these days. And that George North seems to be an ever-present weapon for go-forward or try-scoring ball.

I must agree the lineout must be sorted, other wise South Africa will take us to the cleaners.
