I read somewhere...

that Suarez' 4 month football ban extends to transfer activity also so we would be unable to sell him if we wished to do so. Any truth in that?

RAP,

Didn't know he was banned from training as well. I'd imagine there would be a legal challenge to that in particular.

I agree with benched!

To ban him from training is stupid!

Regarding him not being able to train, it means he cant train with the team.

Noone can stop someone from just running in a park, or having a kick about by himself in said park.

He will be training normally with training staff, just not with the team. Whether thats at melwood at different times to the rest of the squad or hired pitches at a local sports centre im not sure.

I know this but being banned from training with his team mates is daft. Suarez is a professional athlete but will not have so much as a kickabout with other footballers for 4 months, he'll be so off the pace it will be terrible to watch his return.

I fully expect Liverpool to flout the ban and just hold more regular training sessions in the inside 4g pitch where there will be no prying eyes.

exactly. noone can stop a club having a "kickabout". Which is exactly what it is if, lets say, they throw carragher in and rodgers plays as well.

Also, the training ground is liverpool's, and who they let in and out is their own choice, and that includes police without a warrant ( i assume).
So, they like Suarez. An old friend of the club who happened to show up when the rest of the team did. Complete Coincidence.
