Yeah im a bit dissapointed that a player has gone who has performed well for us over the last few seasons . He will probably be remembered for his poor back pass which let in a Bradford forward to score during the play offs the season before last . But by and large he has been a strong solid defender who will be hard to replace . Thanks Marcus for all you did for our club ,i loved your smile when we had won and you were walking off the pitch at the end of a game ,im not so sure about the taliban look ! .

I liked Marcus gave it all for the club and i am sad hes gone.His last few games he was outstanding and our best player at Wembley.Good luck Marcus at your new club look forward to seeing you soon.

Top player and a real 100% effort guy when he pulled on the yellow jersey.
I can't blame him for leaving. He knew that he was defender number 3 at our club and that he would be on the bench a lot until chances arrived through injury and suspension.
I expect that there is a good chance he still lives in the North West aswell - which is another factor. They probably pay more at Tranmere too.
All the best Marcus and thanks for the memories. The best one was at Roots Hall a few weeks ago.
