What is the most pride you've had in your..

Team's performance?

I can't separate 3 matches for sheer pride. And ironically all of them are Matches where the outcome wasn't the desired outcomes.

1985 - as a kid, to see his team come back from 3-0 down to actually lead the match. I was SO proud of the 4-4 draw with Sheff Weds.

2008 - Champions League Final. We had to weather an effing relentless storm. But in spite of what Sir Alex said, after we equalised, we could've easily gone on to win the match before JT's spot kick.

Incidentally that kick isn't the one that decided the outcome, yet it's the one the wums like to attempt to beat us with

Finally the Champions League Semi Final against Barca in 2009. Not to be confused with being proud of Drogba's reaction. But we restricted Barca to one shot at goal all night; and rightfully felt hard done by at the end of the night.
I just thought considering they were an awesome group of players, to not concede at the Nou Camp (we may have been the only team to play there that season and not concede?)

The second leg against Roma in 2007

Nothing will beat the level of excitement and proudness in Old Trafford that night

The Barca semifinal in 2012 was better for me. I couldn't believe we had survived it and better yet won the tie outright

Not the most entertaining game, but our quarter final 2nd leg in 2005 against Juventus.
Players missing, but defended for our lives, and got through.

I thought about putting that. But that game was more of a brilliant tactical and defensive performance.

Roma we were just near perfect going forward and they had no idea what hit them

Winning 3-2 away after going 2-0 down in 11 minutes against the best team in Europe in 1999 in the semi final second leg

77 v Bolton at home, 0-3 down with 12 minutes left and we came back to win 4-3 - amazing, one of the best games I've ever been to!

Biggish left at half time as well

I was also proud of us the night we won the CL as well. The team ravaged by suspention and injury, playing a Bayern team in their own patch - there were some inspirational performances that night!

Apr away. Despite foy cheating us and second off two players booking everyone else and lettin qpr players assault ours we was still the better team and should have won the game with 9 men

4-1 win over Napoli. It looked the wheels of our season had well and truly come off but the heart and passion on show that night made the outcome of the tie completely irrelevant. The fact we won the tie was an added bonus.
