I think it is all lies, tbh. TC has become so entangled in the hype surrounding "hosts curse" that he has had to invent a GF in order to quit being the host and thus lifting the curse.

I will not be cursed, it will work the opposite way with me. My main drawback is laziness- as host I cannot be lazy.
