OK, had enough of Barcelona, players, new signings etc..
So a general question regarding player contracts.
Just how complex are they?
We talk about them quite simplistically on here, i.e. "he's on £120k a week", or "hes on £50k a week"
But are these contracts that simple?

The press don't know how much players are on anyway.
They either make it up completely, are told by the club (who have an ulterior motive, so could be lying), or are told by the player/agent (who have an ulterior motive so could be lying).
It's all mystery in reality.

Arghh...i read somewhere what the breakdown of the contract was, but cannot remeber where it was.
Essentially (from memory):
Player wages..taxed
Player bonus...taxed
Agent fees...taxed
Transfer fee...taxed
cant remeber the rest...
