My gran passed away late on Tuesday night so it's been a hard few days for the family, particularly my mum.

I'm never sure how to express condolences, usually I ignore them which makes me look like an insensitive git, which is what I'm trying to avoid, and the rest of the time I waffle on about nothing, trying to skirt the issue...

But yes, condolences on your loss Ivan. Be glad you had her as long as you did; all of my grandparents were gone by the time I was 20 & never even met my granddads.
