Which just goes to prove that even very good footballers are not very bright.

I dont deny that Fergie is a far superior manager than Wenger but in continental europe Wengers reputation is huge.Better than Sir Alex.

His ability to speak 4 languages and the fact that he is well travelled. The fact that most people seem to know he revolutionised Arsenal also gives him a lot of clamour among most football clubs around europe.

Bayern tried to sign him twoce, Real tried to sign him 3 times, Barcelona twice. PSG, The list is soo long.

Even Becks goes to Wenger for advice on football issues. Doesn't go to Fergie even though he respects the old sod.

It has nothing to do with a footballers intelligence, afterall Ramsey may have gone the way of Pogba given how Fergie handled youngsters at the time.

When Ramsey signed for us, he clearly pointed out that it was Wengers reputation with developing youth and giving them a chance that swayed him.

The Pogba debacle proves exactly why he made the right decision. Fergie may be popular for bring up the class of 92 but he stopped trusting young players 6 seasons ago.

Worst part is Fergie sent ratboy Gary Neville to show Ramsey around Old Trafford

Wenger chartered a private jet for Ramsey and his family and hosted them for lunch.No brainer really

Anyway in his last 3 seasons Fergie lost out a lot of players to City and Chelsea. His charm had dropped a bit.Same with Wenger with all the top players leaving season after season.

I can see why younger more talented and flair type players would choose Wenger over Fergie

Fergie built his sides on hitting sides in transition and wingers who cross.

Wenger's sides historically were much more attractive to watch and I'd imaging to play in than Fergie's.

Fergie's won more obviously but he had a much more pragmatic style

Its up to Sanchez, if he prefers Arsenal then so be it, im sure he has his own reasons and opinions. Tbh theres nothing wrong with Arsenal as a club just a lot of their fans on this site .

One thing I know for sure is I don't want a player who isn't 100 % committed to coming in the first place, recipe for disaster.
