I love the bit around 3:35 which is a part I quote often about how even Don felt you can't make bad players into good players etc i.e. you need good players to start with, can't do it with poor players and hope they'll become good.
Such a tragedy his life was cut short so early.

Successive administrations have dragged this club to a fairly low ebb, but NOBODY, can ever dismantle Don Revies greatest legacy......our worldwide fanbase!
God Bless and many happy returns to the DON

Doesn't matter if Don Revie is forgotten outside Leeds or not, the man was a genius and ahead of his time.
He had a knack for finding and signing the right players, then gelling'em together while always remembering their families.
This is a man who went all the way up to Scotland to see Eddie Grays family and convinced'em their son needs to sign for Leeds United; Eddie Gray was 15 at the time.
Done saw something in Eddie, he saw and recognised the potential, as everyone knows, the rest is history.
There was a time when Don Revie and Jack Charlton were playing together, there was an incident involving Jack.
Don went over to Jack and said "if I was manager I wouldn't pick you, cos your a lazy sod" Jack, in typical Jack fashion told Don to Foook off.
Don Revie must'ave recognised something in Jack cos he went back on his word, and of course, the rest is history.
The Johny Giles story I believe is also well known. Bit out of favour with Man U, Don saw something in him and brought him to Leeds. Giles was probably the most accurate passer of the ball during his time.
Don brought Allan Clarke to Leeds from Leicester, the first 100 quid a week player at that time.
He also brought Mick Jones from Sheff United.
All in all, including the players who come up through the ranks, not one player has ever let Revie down, every player played for Leeds United and Don Revie.
He's a legend at LUFC, he's a legend in Leeds and he's immortalised on Youtube.
Johan Cruyff once said at the time, when Leeds United had the ball, they made you dance.
R.I.P Don Revie, and Happy Birthday.

Just to mention further,
I believe it was Don Revies Leeds United that swelled our support base to Europe and around the World.
