That list Stretford refers to was from Feb 2011.
Sturridge was about 8th on the list despite not joining us until Jan 2013. Had he been with us since Feb 2011, he would easily be up in the top 3.

Theres only one striker id have to replace suarez and that would be Higuain. However his price will be over inflated especially if liverpool go for him.
