I wanted him gone last season- at times he was probably worst player on the pitch. But he has had games where he's been tremendous.

Centre mid is arguably most important position on pitch. Is he good enough? And can he be consistent


As for Kenny, he'd love it up there- battered mars bar and kebab for pre match meal I would think.

Frank, I think Austin is good if we have crowd trouble.
Stewards can relay the offenders position in the stands, then he can fire one of those wayward shots of his
right at them. Calm them right down.

On a somewhat serious note, I think he stifles a team.
He's not creative and his passing is poor. For whatever reason, when he's playing (previously at least), the team always seems to want to channel the ball through him. Not much happens afterward. I just don't rate him.
I think when MC has in who he wants, Austin will be a squad player at best. I could be massively wrong here.
Just how I see his style and level of play.

Kenny just needs to go away. Big salary got us a big goalie. And I don't mean 'big game' goalie.

Not really that surprising, he is a good player just slow as a thing that's slow.

It's division 1 in Scotland, his overall game is more tha. good enough to make up for his lack of pace in that league.

re Austin, I think he flatters to deceive a bit. As Frank says he will play well once but then be horrible for a number of games afterwards. I can't tell if it was Brian and Warnock using him wrong or just he's not that good a player...
