Reports surfacing that Andre Wisdom is set for a season long loan to WBA.
Is this starting to look a tad messy and that JP really is a nasty and vindictive cod piece or could this just be considered a genuinely good move for Wisdom.
I can't help thinking JP would love to shove this in our face and a certain aries for that matter.
Also can't see Liverpool sending a player to struggle in a team looking nailed on for another relegation battle. From a development view point hardly a good foundation for a player surely.

Lob, Andre is way better than Hutton. One is up and coming, the other is past it.

I think he can play at a higher level than West Brom. Lets face it he needs to progress from Derby, but West Brom? He will only finish about 2 or 3 places above next season. Getting his porsche stuck in water won't be a problem round there. More like it having the wheels nicked or getting it burnt out is more likely in smethick than if he stayed in Liverpool. Isn't smethick twined with gaza and basra?

I think its a natural progression in his career. West Brom look nailed on for relegation but Premiership forwards are much better than Championship forwards and if he wants to be an established top-flight player he needs to step up. At the moment his long-term plan is Liverpool first team. Personally I don't think he is up to that particular mark but I thought he was excellent for us and exactly what we required at the time - a unit. I can't see his career being at right-back so at some point he will need to switch. I'll be interested to see if he can do it in the top flight. Good luck to him.

Wellies I completely understand what your saying and do tend to agree to a point, however having seen Christie play albeit at a lower level he IMHO is a more complete defender than Wisdom.
But for me Wisdoms being constantly caught out of position back pedalling must have cost us a few points his forward play was not great. Its all well and good being strong on the ball but if your not able to do anything with it you become counter productive.
Hindsight will show us if this is good for us but I have a neighbour who is a massive sky blues fan who says similar when comparing Wisdom and Christie and could turn out to be a smart bit of business.
My honest opinion of the move is that it's possibly poorly thought out, like others have said WBA and Derby didn't really finish that far apart and from a player development view? Irving Vs McClaren. In all honesty to me that's a no brainer.
Think there is more to this

The other side of that, that I haven't considered is what Vidal has said, regardless of West Brom's fate Wisdom will have the opportunity to step it up a level to see how he gets on week in week out.
That's certainly a way to develop yourself

Good luck to the lad, was part of our successful season and feel it is too easy to pick faults with him just because he isn't signing for us.
he parks where he wants, he parks where he wants

It has nothing to do with him not signing as everyone knew walking away from Wembley Wisdom wasn't going to be here.
Wisdom has his strengths but my criticism has also been consistent and wasn't the point of the article to be fair.

Saves a bit of money as long as we got the scouting list off him first
