Out of our new signings/returning loanees that is.
The options are quite wide considering the below players may all have a chance:
Diego Costa
Luis
Fabregas
Romeu
Lukaku (maybe)
Courtois
Piazon
Zouma
Even having MVG back will be like a new signing
I reckon Fabregas should he be deeper in midfield. Can see him being a great foil for Schurrle and Hazard. Can see him getting a good few assists with the players infront of him.
Who'll have the biggest impact at Chelsea?

I think having the vision and tempo Fanregas deeper and the presence of Costa upfront will improve the team as a whole no end, they will bring out the best in the likes of Hazard and Schurrle rather than making the biggest solo impact.
Having a left footed left back will also give us another dimension going forward, again allowing Hazard more space.
Chelsea will be a serious team this year.

Roman, Very well spelt, Bravo !
No problem mate,
I assume we are all in the same boat, eager for the season to start, getting a little frayed at the edges in anticipation.
Biggest impact ?
Hard to say just yet but it will either come from the strikers or midfield.

Personally I think Costa will have a good season, but will be more utilised to get the best out of the midfielders. I don't think he will be as prolific but will score decisive and important goals sporadically.
I think Schurrle, Fabregas and Hazard will contribute the most to goals this season. I'm expecting each of them to score 15-20+ goals. Currently in our system we rely on goal scoring midfielders, and I don't think this will change over night.
Schurrle will make the most improvement next season. He looked great for Germany at the world cup, and will hopefully be more settled here

Oscar could be gone in the January window.
Unless he is also being used like Torres at Chelsea for marketable reasons

Seeing as Brazil were cack though Shirley is now probably our best asset

Problem with Oscar nobody knows his best position yet. He certainly hasn't looked like a viable number 10 for us. Personally from what I have seen he has looked better as a winger than a number 10.

You mean like Torres does?
