The only thing I took form that article was that Mata said, "Moving can certainly be a positive experience".

Sounds like he´d be open to a move to Chelsea and despite the article heading Mata does not deny or cast any doubt that he will move to Chelsea.

Still very much on in my opinion.

in that article mata is saying how good valencia have been to him, which they have. He doesnt want him leaving to go down badly with the fans because of what he says
