It's a shame in this day and age that racism rears its ugly head again.

Manchester City's EDS U21 game with HNK Rijeka has today been cancelled due to an alleged incident of racial abuse toward the Club's young midfielder, Seko Fofana by a member of the opposing team.
Following an alleged incident in the latter stages of the first half of the game, being played in Novigrad, Croatia, a decision was taken by the management staff to withdraw the City team from the field of play and cancel the game.
Club representatives in Croatia and in Manchester are liaising with officials, the match organisers and the Croatian Football Association to pursue this matter further.

And if the club wants to take a stand against racism
I would expect you to take the opposite stand to whatever we do anyway as you seem to have a problem with mcfc and it's fans.
City took a stance against racism, something arsenal didn't when adebayor was racially abused by it's clubs fans when playing in Manchester.
I know which action I would take in those circumstances and it wouldn't be burying my head in the sand.
Russia has real race problems, let's hope the World Cup can change some attitudes, something football is more capable of than any other sport fine the popularity of it in the world.

After the increase in tension in the Crimea (due to various incidents) I really can't see the World Cup still going ahead in Russia.
