"Do tribunals not sort fees out, telfers will be sorted by tribunal"
Teams can sort it out themselves.
The fact ourselves and Dundee United despise each other means that there was little chance of an agreement being reached, hence why it's now going to tribunal.

Fakkin great help you Lauders! Under 23's developed by clubs are entitled to a fee. Usually about £150k in most cases. The Telfer case is interesting as DUtd are contesting on the grounds of a broken line which is pretty petty in most eyes.

All swings and roundabouts I suppose. There's plenty bad feeling on both sides, this is just the latest case really.
I imagine if there wasn't the boycott, then Dundee United wouldn't have took the stance that they done. On the subject of them, I thought they had signed Johnstone as well.
Of course we could have kept our promises to Telfer and he might have signed the contract on the table.

It's an important rule if you ask me. Thompson goes against the spirit of clubs costs with regards players development. Otherwise make an offer for a player you like.
