As part of the Robbie McDaid transfer, Leeds are playing
tomorrow night in Ireland.
The Glenavon ground only holds about 3,000 but it is sold out.
Shows Leeds are still a big draw.
Will be attending the match and providing you guys
with a personal account of the payers performances.
With Leeds playing Swindon tonight, I'm curious
what players Shockaday will be sending across the water to us.
Needless to say the Leeds fans will be out in force.
Hope some of you guys are coming.
A big Irish welcome awaits you.

Should be good to have Healy playing.

Will be there also tomorrow night and hope that the club send a few senior players also.
Over 2500 Leeds supporters for a mid week friendly game in the middle of Northern Ireland is a testament to the stature of our not so famous club.
Tremendous.
And David Healy will get a warm welcome from everyone.

Hi Earl not keen on Healy after the way he held out for full pay when all other players had agreed to defer wages when we were in Administration nearly scuppering a deal in the process.

White, not sure if that was the whole story and speaking to him a while ago believe that there were a lot of false stories and underhand dealings going on at that time.Times dont change much at Elland Road.
On a happier note Glenavon have been overwhelmed by ticket demand and reckon they could have sold double the amount.
Looking forward to seeing Robbie McDaid, some of the other youngsters and Italians who no one has ever heard of.

Good insight Earl have held this misguided opinion on him for a long time. Hate anyone that hurts the club.
But thats one monkey off my shoulder I appreciate that.
Was speaking to someone last night at the ground and they rate McDaid highly. Is there a gathering point (pub)
for Leeds men tomorrow before the match?

Haven't heard of any meeting places and being mid week its a rush for everyone travelling down to Lurgan after work.
Meeting up with my crowd in the Four Trees in Moira to hand over tickets and imagine there will be a few others there also.
