Yacob is off

Sad to see him go, but we got him for nothing, and if we get £4-5m I'd be happy to let him go. I would have had Dorrans in the starting XI ahead of him

Cracking first season. Injuries plagued his season last year though.

Like him a lot but think we've seen the best of him and a replacement will be lined up no doubt

The combination of Yacob and Mulumbu in their first season was outstanding but, Yacob's contribution has diminished somewhat from those heady days.

I personally would love Cork as his potential replacement. Saints fans are up in arms he might be leaving them.

Just replacing one player that spent a bit of time on the injury table last season with one that will definitely end up on there.

I'd be happy to keep a fit and uninjured Yacob, but he definitely wasn't all that last season - I felt he'd lost a yard.
Meanwhile, Everton buy Romelu Lukaku for £28 million. That looks very expensive.
