Funny, but on a thread covering this issue last night, not one single United fans was under the apprehension that this money would be put back into the club.

Go check out the BBC or twitter. Or even a United poster on this thread.

To what end? The money isn't going into the club. The vast majority of United fans know that.

Of course there will be some that believe otherwise. We have more than a handful of simpletons among our fan base.

Not sure why any of this is worthy of a thread on the city board.

If we fail to make Champions league for the entire length of our kit deal it will be worth about £20M less than your club (according to Forbes value)

I imagine we'll make it for at least one season though to take us to the promised land!

So, you expect City to be worth the same (or less) in 10 years time?
