I find it rather bizarre that some (not all) Chelsea supporters are taking badly to recent speculation concerning Lampard.
After all you are pretty happy to have Lampard's well known enemy Cesc Fabregas at the club who in fact is a direct replacement....
Double standards at all?

Lampard and Cesc hate each other historically we all know that. To release him then replace him with Cesc which you guys are more than happy with would make begrudging any move he made to a rival a bit hypocritical or just plain wrong if you ask me.
Not to mention you're poking fun at Arsenal for benefitting from a similar situation.... taking our old club favourite

They might have had a couple of spats on the football pitch but I think you are making way too much of this.
I clearly remember Cesc partying with the Chelsea players in London when we won the Double in 2010 so they can't have hated each other as much as you like to portray.
It sounds like you're the one having a hard time accepting that Cesc is now a Chelsea player.

Lampard couldn't wait to rip into Cesc everytime they met, I remember they were at it in your last European meeting with Barca though I thought they'd left it behind in 07 cup final, proved that it was true hate.
Like I said with all the pride that has been swallowed to get Cesc who's said some pretty strong words about your club and manager showed little regard for Lampard's departure and I just hope his moved isn't begrudged

If Lampard goes to Manchester City I will feel sick but he is allowed to make a move as he should have been given one year contract by Chelsea.

So wrong - right time to move on, and why dont people understand he we basically only go to train and maybe play 20minutes of competitive football IF half a dozen City players get injured
