Lost 2-1. Keegan had a fantastic game along with Furman. It was a friendly if there is such a thing but some positives,
Jones back,
Copps OK,
Steer OK,
Main scores in his first game.
I am still optimistic for the season.

RP repeated that it was Main.
Looking forward to the match reports from the few who went.
Who scored our goal?

X,
Things can change fast in football as we know but on the last two game performances you're on you're own. There is light at the end of the tunnel.
Hound, My brother just told me that Main handled the ball before scoring. Jones had a fantastic game in total command of the back four. Some good signs today but a long way to go.

Glad to see that Jones had a good game.

Alex, the club has been full of bullshjt from top to bottom for over a year now.
I'm normally and probably one of the most optimistic fans you'll find. But come on, the amount of cr4p they've given us lately...

The way I see it we are at rock bottom and the only way is up. I would go so far as to say the last two seasons have been c rap and I hope I am justified in the future when I say the club is now being well run and we will benefit because of it.
Its easy to be very critical but take your time and judge the new plan fairly because the likelihood is that it won't be an over night success but the future is bright and debt free while B&W are there.
The one thing you can't accuse B&W of is talking c rap they never do the talking and that is their worst attribute I can see.
As I said before I am not expecting to do well in the first few games but after that YD has got to hit the ground running. 3 losses on the trot and the attendance is down to 3000 3 wins on the trot and its 6000+ thats how it works at Donny.

It is certainly difficult to be optimistic and I admire your courage in defending the club Alex. I don't think xon is alone in his gloom over the future.
We cannot judge League performance until we get going next week, but not everyone will be as sympathetic as you if it starts badly.

I'm with you on that Xon but I have expressed my views time and time again. It's a home banker for me next week, I'm not convinced we'll do anything this season and at best will be a mid tabled team.

Don,
Thats me to a tee a "champion of lost causes". No doubt, like you, I have supported this club for more years than I care to remember. I have seen the very good with the very bad but unable to walk away when it was bad. I can honestly say that I can see a good future as long as B&W sort out the debts.
I have spent a lot of time talking to my family over the last few weeks trying to convince them not to throw their ST in and the plans for the entire club are worth supporting. As a result they went to the game today and were happy with the game and in particular Jonesie. They are going to watch the Dons tomorrow and they even went to watch the Belles v Sunderland.
Its easy to be critical and spend other peoples money, well I support B&W because I can see what they are trying to do. When they do leave and that is inevitable they will have left the great foundations of a good club and to achieve that they have made some very difficult and unpopular decisions.
