Is it me or has anyone noticed that the 'free scoring' LFC machine has dampened abit. We haven't put to sword any team as yet unlike our competitors. Ok, theres no Suarez now but it seems theres plenty of creativity in the squad but less spark upfront yet. Sturridge we know can turn it on but how many goals are we gonna get out of Stirling and the rest. Im a little worried that unless we don't sign a 20 goal striker, were going to struggle. I hope we can continue our goals form of last season but so far weve looked far from ruthless.

It is preseason true but BR has bought some very average players. Balotelli would be the nail in the coffen for BR.
Buff and clean teeth BR is a fraudster playing on the emotions Liverpool fans.
I'm sure some will understand where I'm coming from.

It's only preseason folks.
Liverpool were awesome last season and I can't wait to watch them this season. Rogers has introduced a great brand of football which players plug into. Yes Suarez is hard to replace but you have a system of play which is highly successful and a developing manager who seems to have a master plan. Really exciting times for Liverpool.

Rafa bought average players, broke 80 points twice and went to two CLfinals, winning one.
Fergie used average players to win the title 2 years ago.
Rodgers bought average players and took us to 2nd from 7th.
Spurs bought top class all over the shop and finished 5th. again.
Arsenal have world class players in every position and finished 4th. Again.
Average players.....where it's at

Ahh...the definition of an average player, is it sterling, coutinho, gerrard, sturridge, henderson??
If it is then uts bizarre, because sterling was one of the most dangerous wingers last season, coutinho was a great attacking thrust, gerrard had some of the leagues best stats, sturridge was the highest scoring englishman while Henderson was outstanding in almost every single match he played.
If thats all average, the yes...Liverpool are very average.
Oh, and we have just bought lallana and livren 2 playrrsIin the prem team of the season as well as one of Europe's most "average" exciting players in markovic...I kinda like this average

What makes you the expert on our signings?
Lambert
Lovren
Lallana
All came from Southampton and if you're calling them average then your new manager is average because he came from Southampton.
If spurs had signed Lallana and Lovren they'd be great signings but as they signed for Liverpool you think they are average?

We stopped being the free scoring team near the end of the season. At the start of last season we won our first 3 games 1-0, good defence but poor attack. As the season when on Rodgers changed this and made us have an amazing attack but lesser defence. Then near the end we found the mix. City 3-2, Norwich at Carrow road etc. Rodgers can change it up in a snap, he'll approach each game differently
