Isn't it because River Plate own half of him? Always seems to be an issue for English clubs regarding South American players, all this dual ownership.

I'd be happy with Bony, Schneiderlin and Mussachio. Then concentrate on shifting some deadwood. We seriously need to thin out our central defenders and central mids.
