We should be out on our ear, no way deserved to go through. Seeing as this didn't happen in the Highland League Cup Legia should be alright.

Interesting twist to say the least. Deja Vu of the Sion season.
Regards the actual circumstances you would have to assume that UEFA will reverse the result , which would mean Celtic going through on away goals.
The precident that applies to this situation leads to such happenening but till it is decided who knows.
As for Celtic having to have lodged a complaint I dont think that matters it is simply between UEFA and Legia at this stage. We will be obliged to take part in the next round so the wanting it or asking etc isnt even an issue.
Some serious cash by making the last qualifying round BTW as it is part of the group stage pool of funds
