Firstly I'm not saying I believe Koscielny should be made captain more what would be the hypothetical consequences of him being given the captaincy. For me other than Ramsey, Koscielny is a player that I both trust and expect to play well in big games, so do you think being made captain could take his game to the next level or do you think the pressure would affect him in a negative way?

Never stood out as captain material, to me anyway.
Also has had a fair few shockers in the big games.
Per first, Ramsey second for me.

Got to je between Per and Ramsey for me. Its got to be a first choice starter and I dont see Arteta as that. He is probably behind Flamini for the holding re and we could be teying Wilshere there or getting Khedira if the rumours are true.
I prefer a central player in defence or midfield as captain to see whats going on and be close enough to be able to talk to everyone so no other choice fits imo.
