What is obvious from all this is Arsenal fans differ greatly on who should be captain... Because they have no stand out captain.

I don't think you should try and ban someone just because they have the opposite view to yourself. This is not a dictatorship.

I want Arteta to be our captain . Think he's vastly experienced and very mature and influential on and off the pitch.

Ramsey is of an age where I think he can handle the responsibility and step up to captain. He can inspire from midfield in the way Saysnay can't. Wilshere and Kantsellknees may not play every week and the Doppler effect (because he's so tall and far away) means that everything Murtersacker says comes out squeaky.
