Stick it to em Nasri

Fair play to him cant see anything he's said out of order here, telling it how it is .

We all know the Goonurs cant take criticism or handle the truth tho....

Agree with Melton. I don't really have a problem with what either Nasri or Wenger said.

The predictable retort: "they were just asked a question and responsed" applies in both cases. It's predictable, but valid. Nasri is no more obsessed with Arsenal than Wenger is with City.

The problem here doesn't lie with what was actually said by either. The problem lies with those who have, well, a problem with what either has said.

Just a bit of banter then.

Do City fans not get bothered about him mouthing off about us and then completely flopping every time he plays us (when he doesn't fake injury to get out of playing us)?

Not particularly bats, not if he performs like he did last season. The season before, then yes!

In a word, no. Simply because his value to us isn't judged on how well he performs against Arsenal. Nasri, especially so last season (when he was superb for the vast majority of games) has been a great signing for us. Reading through the thread on the Arsenal board, some Arsenal fans seem to think that he isn't that important to us (as in being that influential). They are wrong. Nasri has been a great player for us.

Those Arsenal fans expressing annoyance toward Nasri should remember that the reasons why he signed for City are exactly the same reasons why he signed for Arsenal. To better himself. To earn more money. To have a greater chance of winning trophies. He's acheived all three at City. He does earn more money than he was on at Arsenal (just as he earned more money at Arsenal than he was on while at Marseille. And he's won more than he ever did at Arsenal.

Is Nasri a nice human being? Maybe not, I don't know him. I would agree with Arsenal fans that he has bitten in response to the criticism he's received from Arsenal fans (which will only result in Arsenal fans "hating" him even more). He is naive. But to be perfectly honest, I don't judge a footballer by what comes out of his mouth. I judge him by what he does with his feet. For me, it's as simple as that.
