Markovic Kit Number

Has anyone else noticed that Lazar still hasn't been issued a squad number, the website and programmes displaying 'tbc' instead.

I have never known it to take so long and recent signings such as Lovren and Manquillo have already had theirs issued. I assume we are waiting for Assaidi to leave so that he can take the number 11, although I had hoped that would be given to Sterling, who I feel deserves a more prominent number than the 31 he currently wears.

Anyone know why it has taken so long? And which number would you like to see him wear?

Lambert is number 9 rvp, markovic is likely to be 50. I'm still hoping that we'll have a real number 7 by September 1st.

He was 7 at Soton.... hence I thought he may have had it, if even just to keep it "on reserve" until you get a worthy candidate for it.

We are obiously going to get a super star in for the 7!
