I thought Man city had sold Adebayor to Tottenham for around £5m.

We did but part of the deal was for us to pay him £40,000 of his weekly wages its disgusting hate the guy...On the upside i'd rather pay him to stroll around offside at White Hart Lane than back here!.

We can't still be paying his wages, his original contract with us must be up by now.

I think we just might have stopped actually, just read we were to pay £4m over 2 years he signed for Spurs 2 years ago next week!

Always remember Leeds were still paying half of Danny Mills wages for years while he was with us.

The City physio should be seeing a lot of that money. Similar story with RVP with us.

Leeds payed Robbie Fowler's wages for us too.
