It's funny how this article pops up on this board every so often under different guises, yet it always descends into the same mess

If Ramsey has a blinder this season then he can surely have the title of World Class, no?

Rooney was world-class. Not sure if he still has it.

As for Sanchez and Ozil it's just pure bitterness really. These guys are outright world-class.

I would say 'World Class' players are those who have won the world cup. So on that basis every single English player is out.

Anyone that thinks Rooney is not world class WHILE listing Ozil and Alexis as world class is either a poor wum or an ignorant comedian.

When asked why Sanchez was world class in another article Arsenal fans started to list the number of games he played for Barca last season. All I'm doing is pointing out that Pedro had as many appearances, so number of appearances isn't proof of quality.

If he was a Liverpool player I wouldn't be claiming he was world class either. He is a very good footballer, but he's not a world class player. Would he get in a world XI? Definitely not. Would he get in a world squad of 25? Probably not? Is he one of the top 3/4 players on his position in the world? Arguably no.
