Palace Game proves we're title challengers!

Today we were shockingly awful. We looked tired, Santi possibly played his worst game since joining, the ball spent more time bouncing off Sanogos shins than Chamakh spent on his hair this morning, and Wilshere and Ramsey were anonymous at very best....

But....

We won!!!!

Championships are built on picking up results when you play badly!

In terms of "Points our performance deserves" vs "Points we actually have" we're already 3 up. If we can keep this up we have a genuine chance of winning the premier league.

We won't many of these type of games last season but got pumped in the games against the big teams

No, it doesn't. In football, it's very common to win matches where you play poorly. It's hardly a feature of big teams. That's a myth.

If you play well and win you are never going to win titles, much more important to play badly.

Doom mongers can rot in their caves..It was great win..Great way to win too..The players lack match sharpness and fitness as did everyone in every match..You can't expect a team to start like steam engine from start to finish..
It is absolute necessity to get some quality back up and possibly a DM. Striker doesn't seem like its going to happen.
